This was a unique project in that we weren’t brought in by the owners of the home, but by the listing agent for the property. The house was gorgeous, but the yard had been neglected and fallen into disrepair. The listing agent wanted the landscaping to greet potential buyers and highlight the beauty of the property and the home, particularly because much of the house features large windows with garden views.

This created an exciting opportunity for us because we were able to remove some existing hedges and plants that blocked access to the outside and invite the garden into the house. It needed to be cost effective and quick with the appearance of an established garden from the finish. We used as many of the pre-existing plants as we could and built much of the design around those established anchor plants.

The result was a super naturalistic, clean, low maintenance garden that would elevate the property and appeal to any buyer.
